"Refund took way too long"
I ordered a pair of shoes and ended up sending them back pretty much right away. The return itself was fine, but the refund took almost 3 weeks to come through, which was kind of frustrating. Every time I checked with customer service, they basically just told me to wait a few more days. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but yeah, definitely annoying.

"Pretty easy to use, with a few mixed feelings"
I use hibbett and the app regularly, and they’re both easy to get around. Searching for shoes is quick, checkout is simple, and the size filters actually work, which I appreciate. That said, sometimes it feels almost too basic, like I wish there were more options or details, but at the same time I kind of like that it’s not complicated. I haven’t had any major issues so far, so overall it’s been a smooth experience.

My order showed up on time, so that part was fine, but the shoe box was beat up and the shipping bag even had a small tear in it. Luckily the shoes themselves were okay, but it definitely didn’t feel great opening it like that. Also, I’m not a fan of how the terms seem to keep changing, especially around returns/exchanges, because it makes stuff like this more annoying to deal with. Not the worst experience, but the packaging could definitely be better.

I ordered some shoes from hibbett in the wrong size and thought exchanging them was gonna be a hassle. But, uh, it ended up being easy. I brought them to my local store with the email receipt, and they helped me out quickly. They got the new size sorted, and the refund difference showed up fast too. Really simple process with no weird runaround

Hibbett actually had the shoes I’d been looking for in my size... which was a nice surprise since everywhere else was sold out. Checkout was quick and easy too. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

I always like coming here because there are tons of shoes and gear to check out, and it’s easy to find something I want. The only downside is that the popular sizes seem to sell out quickly, so I’ve had a couple trips where I found the perfect pair but couldn’t get my size. Still a good spot overall, I just wish they kept more sizes in stock.

"Helpful order updates"
Hibbett Sports did a good job keeping me in the loop about my order. I got emails when it shipped and again when it was out for delivery, so I wasn’t stuck guessing or checking the tracking over and over. I think other customers would appreciate that too because it made the whole process feel easy and smooth

I had this little issue where my online order wasn’t updating for a few days, so I ended up reaching out to Hibbett Sports customer service. They got back to me way quicker than I thought they would, and it actually felt like someone checked on the order instead of just sending one of those copy-and-paste replies. I got the tracking info and an update that same day. Overall, I was happy with how they handled it. It was simple, quick, and there wasn’t any of that runaround.

"Good deals if you catch the right sale"
I’ve ordered from Hibbett a handful of times now, and the prices are usually fair, especially when they’re running a sale. Some items still feel a little too high, like they know exactly what I’ve been looking at and refuse to drop the price just to mess with me. But overall, I can’t complain too much, I feel like I got decent value for what I paid. You just have to keep an eye on the deals, because I swear the good prices show up and disappear like someone’s flipping a secret switch behind the scenes.

I got my order from Hibbett Sports and everything was right, like the size and color and all that. Shipping was okay, not crazy fast or anything, but it wasn’t bad either. The box was a little beat up when it showed up, but the shoes were totally fine, so that didn’t really matter. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d probably order from them again.

I’ve entered a handful of limited release raffles on Hibbett Sports, the whole thing feels fair compared to some other sites I’ve used.
I definitely don’t win every time, but when I do, the emails are clear, and checkout is easy. When I don’t win, it doesn’t feel sketchy, it just feels like, that’s how raffles go.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars, is that the app can get slow during bigger drops, and that gets frustrating. Overall though, I do trust the raffle process, and I’ll keep using it

I ordered these shoes from hibbett.com and, the sizing was exactly what I expected. I was halfway blaming myself for overthinking it because I thought they might run small, but they fit perfectly right out of the box. Didn’t have to deal with a return or exchange, which was a nice surprise.
